I have seen a number of websites claiming to have dozens of herbal supplements, however I can only feel comfortable with a few people in the industry and the herbal remedies or the products offered by these people as trustworthy. These people follow correct procedure each and every time they formulate and manufacture their product. As a routine method is always followed, a consistency up to the highest level is always produced in these products. Ideally, you should buy products from suppliers who carry out recognized quality-control tests on their products, and have evidence of these tests as certificates from independent labs. The companies that can’t deliver such information are the ones to avoid. The better-known and respected suppliers are likely to be up-front about these data as they’ll have spent good money in the process of getting it, and will want to use such information as part of their marketing programs.
Some herbal products like skin care products are widely used by a large number of women all around the world. Some skin care products are totally based on herbal formulas and these products do not contain any synthetic material and therefore do not cause adverse conditions. These herbal care products if used properly and consistently, usually give better results than other commercial, over the counter products. In addition to skin care, herbal shampoo for your hair is better for growing and maintaining good hair health and will promote a more healthy, youthful appearance. Anti-aging herbal formulas are used by male and female today; as are natural, organic lifestyle products.
Some of the highly useful herbal remedies are those for stomach and intestinal problems such as constipation and bowel disorders. These are total natural products which simply means that all the ingredients in these herbal products are from herbal origins including the leaf, skin or roots of some of the aromatic plants. These medicines do not have any significant side effects, like a lot of over the counter and some prescription remedies, and if used over a period of time can show some excellent results.
There is a wide array of products and herbal remedies for many of your problems. But the lack of consistency and pharmaceutical specifications prohibits the wider use of these products. Don't be surprised though if in near future, the use of number of herbal remedies experiences phenomenal growth. Treat supplements with respect. There are lots on offer: some good, some bad, some completely useless. On the whole, you get what you pay for. Some preparations may seem expensive compared with their cheaper alternatives, but proof through testing has shown, time after time, that it’s the quality of the preparation and the reputation of the supplier you should look out for, not just the price tag.
This site is the result of my own personal involvement with Miracle Mineral Supplement, anti-aging exercise, herbal remedies, alternative medicine, ayurvedic herbs, correct breathing, colon cleansing, air and water purification, tongkat ali, organic foods, nutritional supplements, aromatherapy, and brainwave entrainment. I am a 65 year old male living in Baltimore, Md. After having spent the first 50 years of my life doing everything possible to slowly and surely destroy my health and life, I made a 180 degree turn and started on a path to reverse the effects of many bad choices and rejuvenate myself. On this site I will share the resources, knowledge and tools that I have discovered and use for myself, with you. I will present to you, products and remedies that I use, and I can and do personally attest to their quality. Also, you will find the resources to research further if you choose. The combination of pure water, good nutrition, exercise and breathe therapy insures energy, vitality and health.
Do some of the sites you visit and e-mails you receive claim near instant health benefits from a vitamin, mineral or herbal based supplement? Do they claim to have a product that will open blocked arteries, remove plaque, make you lose weight while you sleep, heal arthritis or stop diabetes in its tracks? Claims like these are not only illegal but they are mostly false and misleading. There are dietary supplement laws governing the statements and claims of such products and it is illegal if any statement claims to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We all know vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements have many health benefits and continued steady use will accomplish many wonderful results. However beware of unscrupulous sites that make such claims. They are more about getting your money than helping with your health.
Also, beware of sites that use many "customer" and "Physician" endorsers to tout their product. Much of this is pure fabrication to create credibility for the false claims they are making. FDA is working hard to clean up such sites and many have already been fined, closed and jailed.
One other ploy being used is a type of bait and switch. Companies will tell you they are sending you something Free and in the process of giving your information you have signed you for a standing order. They begin to send you product every thirty days at extremely high prices and charge your card. It is then up to you to get this stopped. The problem is it is extremely hard to get in touch with their customer service (if they even have one).
There are good companies. Find them and stay with them. Healthy Inclusions can help you find them.
I link to all listed affiliate sites because they are good and I use the product, not just because I get paid. Getting a small dividend is an added; it is by no means the only motivation. Also, I link to some affiliate sites (businesses with which I have no personal buying experience), because my research indicates that they might be of interest and value to my visitors and that they offer a quality product or service. My hope of benefit for having the Healthy Inclusions website is to experience the pleasure of helping others have a more enjoyable life. This website is a continous work in progress. On my "Resource" page there are sites that fit this category. This site will undergo continual updating, featuring the latest cutting edge research on the topics we cover.
Enjoy your visit, but most of all, I hope you benefit from your visit with good health, long life and peace of mind.
